Diary

Early start today over in Warwick for the last of a six week course with Louis Thompson
Great day with everyone getting there well deserved certificates and was all treated to a chat from Geoff Thompson, when you have inspirational people around you it seems to bring the very best out of you.
Done a work out on some very restrictive punching but watching and just listening to the thuds of hands hitting pads, i can tell you, you would not have know there was any restrictions at all, some awesome power and all in 6 weeks incredible.

Got the chance of a walk with Tina this afternoon as the eldest lad was here to look after the younger ones,
Think Tina thought there was a prize for getting the fastest time on the 4 mile trek, i was really blowing and the only thing that kept me going at the same pace was male pride, couldn't possible give up could i?
Anyway you will guess that we shaved a full 3 minutes of the record or rather Tina did lol
Think Tina is feeling it now though had a soak in the bath and is still walking like John Wayne, gonna ache tomorrow but serves her right lol. i know i will be aching so think it only fair I'm not on my own.

Thanks all speak tomorrow Gaz
