Diary
Feeling more like my old self again today, seem to have gotten over the disappointment of Mondays weigh in, with loads of extra hours training, don't always feel like doing it but its like most things once you have got into it is great.
Had a session today with Alex and we focused on weights which was a welcome change, i acknowledge that my weakness is cardio vascular and that is something that i am hoping to improve upon during the next 10 weeks, but it is also important to work on the weights to give your body definition.
Psychologically i know its not all about weight loss, but to lose inches and gain muscle is as important, i realise i need to develop my self esteem about the way my body looks and this is much more difficult sometimes than the physical training side of it.
With the help and support i am receiving from family and friends i know i will get there in the end but appreciate it will be along and sometimes rocky road.
Thanks for reading please feel free to leave comments Gaz

ReplyDeleteTop Job honey, Mondays weigh in was most likely a positive thing it has spurred you on even more to make this work and your working even harder this week and that is pretty impressive considering how hard you worked last week xxx
ReplyDeleteHey Gaz, you're doing great. Try not to take the weigh ins too much to heart, remember that Muscle mass weighs more that fat, so it was probably a good sigh! Keep up the good work xx
